The challenge

Xponential Fitness was referred to us by the CEO of FitMetrix after they purchased the Cyclebar franchise and needed help managing and transitioning their main WordPress website and its 150+ locations each with their own microsite to Hubspot. Since that initial project we have become an integral partner for XPO, building websites, landing pages, custom email and referral campaigns, setup lead management intergrations with hubspot, converted and migrated the 500+ location Pure Barre website from Mindbody to ClubReady and much more.

Our Solution

To resolve the initial challenge of managing and transition (one year later) of the Cyclebar WordPress website and integrated FitMetrix software to XPO’s custom-managed Hubspot solution we had to first conduct a complete website audit to identify and fix errors then upgrade WordPress and all of the plugins to the latest version. While managing the site we created a process to add new locations and created targeted landing pages with geolocation to automatically select the closest studio to the users location.

 

In addition to Cyclebar, we supported, planned, and executed the migration of the Pure Barre WordPress website and Mindbody software integration to XPO’s hosted solution with HubSpot which included converting over 500 locations from the Mindbody reservation system to Club Ready. We developed an automated system in WordPress to expedite this process.

 

We also built either websites, franchise pages, integrated lead forms and/or custom emails for Stride, Stretchlab, Yoga Six, and the Akt among some of the other XPO brands.
